Operational optimisation of the constantly changing underground mine backfill operation includes the continuous and proactive process of anticipating and identifying potential risks, and improvement opportunities.

This process enables the development and implementation of effective solutions to maintain reliable mine backfill delivery to the stope void which enables mine production targets to be achieved.

The operational optimisation process is conducted on-site by experienced and knowledgeable backfill engineering specialists, working with the client’s technical services team, with the surface and underground backfill operational teams, and as an effective part of the broader mine site operational team.
